Once you have completed treatment with us, you are always part of the Aiséirí family. Each year we invite past clients or ‘Alumni’ back to Aiséirí for a Reconnection Day.
These are very special events and provide time and space to reconnect with self and others. The day includes 12 Step Spirituality Workshops, Wellness Workshops and Guest Speakers.

Individuals who have successfully completed a 12-step program and maintained their sobriety, hold a unique and invaluable position within the recovery community. Their involvement and support are instrumental in fostering the continued success of both current program participants and the broader recovery community.



Alumni serve as living examples that recovery is not only possible but achievable. Our stories provide hope and inspiration to others.

Alumni understand the challenges and struggles that come with addiction and the journey to recovery because they have walked that path themselves. This shared experience creates a powerful bond that is unique to the recovery community.

For many, addiction can be a lonely and isolating experience. Alumni involvement helps to counteract these feelings of isolation by providing a sense of belonging and connection within the recovery community.

Recovery is an ongoing process of growth and self-discovery, and alumni play a vital role in supporting this journey. Through our continued involvement in the program, we have the opportunity to deepen our own understanding of recovery principles and continue to grow personally and spiritually.
